I had fun playing the caustic-witted, sexually ambivalent Peter Ingleton in this rarely seen Noël Coward comedy. This shot from the opening scene shows me along with Anne Houston, who played Felicity.

Not a scene from the play as such, but a posed publicity photo with Anne and me. Both of us are dressed to kill in our evening wear; Anne is holding the mouthpiece of the telephone away from her face for the camera, much in the manner of Celia Imrie’s Miss Babs in Acorn Antiques.
